If you are a business, these terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law; the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, these terms, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law; the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
